A few quick answers
The Santa Promise
If a name or detail is wrong, we fix it free. Everything is digital and made just for you, so finished items aren’t refundable. The whole promise is in our Terms.
Is anything shipped?
No. Every letter, story, certificate and note is digital. Nothing is printed or posted — you read, print or download it from your private page.
How long do you keep our information?
Letters and bedtime stories are deleted 60 days after they’re made. Daily Notes subscriptions are kept until January 31 after the season, then deleted. Ask us any time and we’ll remove your family’s details sooner — the full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Is it made with AI?
Yes, and we say so plainly. The details you share shape the writing, and every letter is made just for your child. Read exactly how it works on How We Use AI.
Send us a note
A real person reads every message. Tell us what’s happening and we’ll take care of it.
