Who we are

Magical Santa Letters is a small family shop run by Lora Jensen. When you order from us you are ordering from a real person, not a big company, and we read every message. You can reach us any time at [CONTACT EMAIL].

Everything we sell is digital

Nothing is printed, posted or shipped. Your letter, story, daily notes and certificate are delivered on a private page on this site, and you can read, print or download them from there.

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or keep your card number. The price you see on the checkout button is the price you pay.

How your letter, story and notes are made

Everything we write is created with the help of artificial intelligence from the details you share with us, and Santa’s voice on recordings is an AI voice, not a person. You always see the letter before your child does. Read more on our How we use AI page.

Made for grown-ups, shared with children

Our products are bought by adults, for adults to share with the children in their life. You give us your child’s first name and a few details when you order. We never collect information directly from children, and we ask that nothing is ordered by a child on their own.

Your private link

Each letter, story and family page has its own private link, and that link is the only key. Anyone who has it can open the page, so please keep it to yourself and don’t post it publicly — it has your child’s name on it.

The Santa Promise

If something isn’t right, we fix it, free. A misspelled name, a detail Santa got wrong, a recording that won’t play, a page that won’t open — reply to any email from us, or use the Something not right? button on your private page, and we’ll put it right. A paid letter can also be written again up to three times at no cost, with any detail you want changed.

Refunds: free fixes only

Because everything is digital and delivered to you straight away, purchases are final and we don’t offer refunds. What we do instead is fix things: under the Santa Promise we will always fix or remake anything that isn’t right.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the law, including consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

Emails

We email you the private link and receipt for what you order, and the Daily Notes from Mrs. Claus if you signed up for them. Christmas Eve ideas and reminders only come to you if you ticked that box. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can stop the daily notes at any time from your private page without losing access to the notes you already received.

A note on affiliate links

Some links in our Christmas Eve gift guide and elsewhere on this site are affiliate links, through the Amazon Associates programme and Walmart. If you buy through one, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend things we would happily give our own families.

Please keep it in the family

Your letter, story, notes and certificate are for your own family to enjoy. Please don’t resell them, or use them as part of something you sell. The words, pictures and artwork on this site belong to us. Names of well-known characters and brands that aren’t ours stay with their owners.

Questions, and changes

If anything here is unclear, write to [CONTACT EMAIL] and we’ll explain it. We may update these terms as the shop grows; the date at the top always shows the latest version, and a change never takes away something you have already bought. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your details.
